Westside Homes Market Update
We have had a continuous run of high activity in our market throughout the summer. September and October activity and pricing remain strong and should continue well into November before the market slows down for December. Best time to sell is now until mid November. Best time to buy is now through November, December, and January (the best deals on buying are when no one else is and historically the inventory levels are not that bad during these months). How is the market doing:

Benchmark price is the estimated price of a typical benchmark property within each product/market. Average price is the overall average of all sales for that product. Benchmark price is a more accurate measure of price fluctuations.
