2009 Ride To Conquer Completed!
Well! This past weekend was nothing less than epic! On Saturday and Sunday June 20/21, I completed the two day 262km ride from Vancouver to Seattle.
Along with a bee sting under the helmet, a hail storm, and being rear ended and thrown off my bike by another rider - it was a great success!
The war wounds are apparent, the sore muscles recovering, and the pure satisfaction of doing something that will make a difference will remain for a long time.
Along with 1700 other riders, we raised $6,900,000 for cancer research and treatments here in B.C.
Once again thanks for all your support in this record breaking event! Thanks to all of you that supported me in this great cause! You are the ones that deserve all the applause!
The sons, the daughters, the mothers and fathers whose lives you have helped through this fund infusion into cancer research and treatment thank you!

2008 Halloween Skating Party - Fundraiser
Thanks to all those who attended this year's Halloween Skating Party at the Kerrisdale Arena. We had a record turn out of over 200 little and big goblins, ghosts, and witches, and even a little tiger. We raised a record $1,150 for Trafalgar Elementary School's 'Shake It Up' Campaign. This year's event was so popular we had to send a runner out for more hot dogs! Face painting, twilight skating, choosing your favorite pumpkin (in our makeshift pumpkin patch) were a few of this year's fun activities! Thank you again for all the support you have shown the community!
2008 Autumn Fair Fundraiser
Thank you to all those who came out and upported us at the 2008 Autumn Fair and pumpkin patch.
We raised over $450 in pumpkin donations for Kitsilano House (our non-profit community partner). A great day was had by all pumpkin carving, square dancing, pie eating contests, etc.
This year's special guests included Premier Gordon Campbell and the Olympic mascots!
We just finished up with our First Annual Movie Morning - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, on Saturday July 14th, 2007.
