Harry Potter Movie Morning

st, the team and I hosted our 2
nd
Harry Potter Movie Morning showing the premier of Harry Potter and the
Deathly Hallows! The event was a big success with almost 200 clients
and their friends and families coming out to enjoy the movie. Keen HP
fans began lining up at 7:45am on this cold Sunday morning but fresh
Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate and of course Tim Horton doughnuts
made the cold bearable. We collected over 5 boxes full of
non-perishable food for the Vancouver Food Bank (thank you!) who came
and picked up all the food Monday morning, we gave away a great
assortment of Harry Potter books, lego, dvd’s, etc. as door prizes and
for those wanting to miss the scary scenes of the movie, Angela our
face painter and Gary our Magician were kept busy in the lobby!
Dumbledore won best costume and became the proud owner of the Wizard’s
Snake Head Staff and the Hufflepuff scarf. I became the proud owner of
a lightning bolt on my forehead that I am still trying to get off.
