What made this sale unique is the fact that it was a gigantic lot 66x173 lot on Granville Street which is basically a super highway!  This made the listing challenging to sell and required some special tweaking to our 38+ Marketing Plan to include some unique promotion to specific types of buyers to whom this would appeal.

Is there something special about the home, its  size, location, history?

Since land is the hottest commodity in Vancouver right now, homes even on the busiest streets are being considered by some buyers.  This is not the case in a balanced market that is not so hot to sell in.  Now is one of the very best of times for homeowners on busy streets to cash out or downsize in the property market.

What do you think sold the home?

Good old fashioned aggressive and comprehensive marketing, follow up, offer generation and hard work to generate 4 competing offers with a resulting sale above list price!

Why did it sell so quickly or take some time?

The home sold in a perfect 8 day period – another textbook sale perfectly executed.

Why was it put up for sale?

The seller is downsizing and was very happy with our service, he wrote:
